Conducted a research on the role of Micro finance institution in Poverty reduction Monitoring and Evaluation of Project - East African Institute for Management Science; Trained on Financial Management and Accounting by Africa Population Institute-Kampala, Trained in Leadership and Character Development by Cornerstone Leadership Academy-Kampala, Trained on gender based Violence Prevention and response and Case management/Psychosocial support, Trained by UNHCR on Data collection, AGDM conduct, Using GPS coordinates, Land Ownership forms and related conflict Mitigation. Trained on Child Protection Modules, Child development and growth. More than four years of working experience with different agencies in Northern Uganda in managing and implementing Emergency and development programs that include; Durables Solution and return monitoring, Resettlement and livelihood support, IGA and Apprenticeship for youth. Gender based violence Prevention and response, general protection, data collection, camp management and viable community transformation as well as child protection. The above can be summarized in the following roles below; Handicap International: -Making personalized support assessment including collecting information from the persons and their entourage, -Monitor activities at field level and ensure quality of service delivery, -Establish and strengthen community based referral pathway between their various service providers, -Follow up and monitor project activities, -Provide direct psychosocial support to land mine/ERW victims and other PWDs, -Follow up, update and/or upgrade plans and tools designed for collecting information.
