Responsible for safe operation of theme park rides and attractions
Provided excellent services and ensured customer satisfaction.
Supervising specific area assignments within the park.
Directly supervises Ride Operators/Attendants and ride/s.
Assesses ride operation against set procedures and ensuring that all ride operating procedures are adhered to.
Reporting immediately to Technical Ride Maintenance but discretely any defects or unusual occurrences.
Leads by example and ensuring that strict operating procedures are adhered to when operating rides and allowing appropriate entry whilst ensuring heights/ ages are checked and that all guests are eligible to use the ride or attraction safely.
Supervises and oversees the daily operation to ensure proper staffing, capacity, efficiencies, crowd control and guest services standards are being met.
Performing coverage of a specific attraction or attractions, responsible for overseeing the operation, responds to guest and operational issues, communicates with various operational partners and is the first responder to operational and guest issues.
Understanding and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
Assists with closing down ensuring all areas are correctly shut down/ turned off and secured.
Prepares any next day paperwork and other documentation as may be required by the Shift Supervisor.
Assists in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
Planning
Have an establish network of suppliers set ups in the company.

Organizing

Requisition the necessary stock and requirements to service an event.
Co-ordinate the services that are required to support a successful event experience.
Offer alternative to all parties involved, based upon experience with similar events.
Schedule sufficient staff to cover all aspects to an event experience.
Communication
Act as the client on site liaison, effective communicating the needs and expectations events and everyone involved.
Educate clients guests, colleagues and service partners on company and operational
Policies, procedures families and services.
Develop an event specification guide highlighting the operation details for each.
