Review and follow up on the microbiological result from food laboratory

Manage and maintain traceability system established

Review food complaint effectively

Periodically review the food safety system

Review the implementation of food safety practice in the workpplace

Ensure the top management is fully aware of high risk area for food-born illness

Preparation of SOPs working out for cleaning schedules and their implementation

Ensuring staffs undergo the necessary training required for food handler

Coordinating with the engineering to ensure preventive maintenance is effective

Evaluating the corrective actions taking for non-conformance noted during the audit.
