Handling various project activities involving various Engineering Deliverables
Monitoring overall project activities to ensure Timely Execution and Quality Workmanship
Planning, scheduling & execution of the Project as per drawings.
Co-ordinating with Drafting Team for Timely Issuance of Shop (Working) Drawings
Maintain the quality standard specified.
Correspondence with the Head Office, Clients & Consultants.
Dealing with Consultant for obtaining approvals and permission for every site activities.
Negotiation with Sub agencies & Sub contractors.
Calculation of Reinforcement Details & Preparation of bar bending schedule to be provided at site.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to the Planning Department, Director of
Project/Project Manager on the Progress of work.
Setting up of own targets and the targets for the personnel under, in consultation with the Director of Project/Project Manager and review periodically in order to complete the project as per the schedule fixed by the Management.
Co-ordination with all departments like Planning, Safety, QA/QC etc Departments for smooth
running of the project.
Give instructions to the Site Engineers, Site supervisors & Forman.
Preparation of Client (R.A) Bills & Subcontractor Bills.
Checking & verification of maintenance of records.
Timely completion of work with the minimal resources economically, reducing material wastage.
Planning & procurement of all resources for progress of the works.
Day to day planning & procurement of man & machinery.
Any other work assigned from time to time
