11/0.457KV, 14no’s X 2 MVA Al Ahleya make transformer with associated protection devices.
• 11KV SWGR associated dedicated RCP and Ann panel with TAMCO Malaysia make.
• 440V LV SWGR, MLDB, EMSB MCC, EMCC, PFCC, Feeder Pillar, Pedestal panel, DB’s from L&T make.
• 110V AC and DC UPS panels and associated Battery bank with battery disconnecting Switch from Bourri make.
• Successfully laid 102 kms PLDS cable laying 4F cable on the pipeline as well as underground for monitoring leakage in the pipeline. Pig Signaler, various sensors required for Pipeline works
• Successfully lead CP for 250 km of U/G and A/G pipelines. CORPRO make Rectifier transformers and associated JBs such as PJB, NJB, AJB and Test post, Anode, CP Coupon, Cad Welding and cable works for pipeline.
• Spearhead the installation of solar panels (1373AH/day) in 20 manifold for supply to the systems (FOC, RTU, ESD, DCDB, CCB, Isolators, etc.) conducting performance tests and ensuring compliance with design specifications
• S/S Lighting, Small power, Earthing and lightning protection system.
• Fire alarm/F&G system: FACP, IR/UV, SD, HD, MCP, MPS, BL, Break Glass and Sounder.
• Fire Suppression system: NN100 system associated with piping and alarm facilities.
• Testing of Substation Equipments such as LV, HV switchgear, Circuit breakers, Transformers, Bus ducts, Cables, Fire alarms, Fire and Gas, and fire suppression systems (NN100).

• Preparation of construction schedule and manpower arrangement as per the client priority and deadline dates.
• Worked with the teams to monitored each group’s productivity against the actual scheduled quantity. Arranged meetings to review the progress achieved and for the implementation of the forecast schedule.
• Preparation of manpower & equipment timesheets for the variation works other than the scope.
• Attended the weekly meeting with the client for the progress reviewing, ITR close out the schedule & forecasting the next week's plan.
Erection, Operation, and Maintenance of Power Transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.4KV \[Oil Level, Breathing device, Silica, gel filling, physical damages, bushing, oil leakages, valve and piping plugs, and radiators\].
• Involved in Erection, Operation, and Maintenance of Circuit Breaker (Vacuum), Instrument Transformer (CT&PT), Protective & Control Circuit, Testing and Calibration of meters, relays of the Panel, Battery chargers.
• Executed in cable laying of HT Cables, SwitchYard, Control Panel Connection, Instrumentation works, and testing of HV Cables.
• Issuing Work Permit of Power Transformer and EHT Feeders to concerned authorities and preparations of various records such as monthly operating review, daily log sheets, etc.
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the Substation activities.
• Coordinates with the supervisors in case of emergency works and Shutdowns in the substations.
• Assist in conducting of Motor Stability Test, Solo Run Test, Loop impedance check for motors, Hi-Pot test of MV, HV Cables and Switchgear, IR test of Cables/Motor/Transformer/Generators/Switchgears,
• Installation of Earthing Systems (System, Electrical, Instrument, Equipment, etc.) and Lighting Arrestors in Substations and Testing Earthing Open and Closed Circuits.
• Installation and Testing of UPS and Battery System (Electrolyte filling for batteries, BETA checkup) with charging and Discharging test.
• Familiar with all types of approved drawings, and As-built.
Installation and wire of lighting Fixtures, Small Power Panels, Fire Alarm, and grounding cabling systems.
• Assemble and Install Emergency Power backup system, HVAC unit that operates through the electrical system.
• Installation of Circuit Breaker, Switches, Outlets, Electronic equipment, and Communication Systems.
• Installation of Data / Voice, Low Voltage and Security Systems
• Termination and Testing of UTP Cables and Network Points with Fluke Meter
