As a property manager for a new property in Abu Dhabi launched in September 2021, my responsibilities included overseeing the management and maintenance of the building and managing the Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, and Recreation services. I had the privilege of working with a well-known Royal family in Abu Dhabi UAE, and I trained staff and established policies/procedures to ensure high standards of hospitality and customer
service in all areas. I managed the budget and prioritized employee and asset safety while focusing on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. During the pre-opening phase, I provided creative solutions to meet client expectations and ensure a smooth and seamless opening for all services, including recreation services.
Rebranding hotel, reporting to General Manager in a 5-star hotel with 281 rooms, tasked with using checklists to maintain high standards of cleanliness
and condition in assigned areas. Collaborates with the front desk, department executives, maintenance, and General Manager to efficiently address any issues or concerns.
As the Reporting Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel with 281 rooms, I have been recruited to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and overall condition of each assigned area through the use of checklists. My role also involves identifying and reporting any preventative maintenance or other issues in both guest rooms and public areas.
I was promoted to lead the team of attendants, ensuring the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards were met according to specified requirements. Assisted in administering housekeeping services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in a safe and efficient manner.Conducted room inspections to monitor and provide on-the-spot
feedback to room attendants, ensuring adherence to company standards. Organized and conducted orientation and in-service training sessions to
explain policies, and work procedures, and demonstrate the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
As a housekeeping attendant in our prestigious 5-star hotel with 318 rooms and 172 suites residential is responsible for maintaining the highest standards
of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. This includes cleaning and organizing guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring a luxurious and
inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
