Meet sales goals.
Track sales processes and report results, as necessary.
Daily update with clients for the offered service by sharing vessel
schedule.
Meet the clients to ensure getting their bookings and closing the deal.
File the rates in system; process invoices.
Track SOA and ageing report with finance team, give back up in terms of
payment collection
Send daily booking forecast & final performance/revenue.
Assist customers inquiries, rates, space booking, shipping information,
vessel schedules and other functions necessary to serve customer.
Monitor shipments from end to end & provide timely update to
customers.
Handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback.

Handling customer service (EXPORT)
Sending daily booking forecast & final performance report for all our
catered sectors
Assisting customers inquiries, pricing, space booking, shipping
information, vessel schedules and other functions necessary to serve
customer.
Preparing quotation of customer such as ocean freight to desired
destination.
Monitor shipments from end to end & provide timely update to
customers.
Follow-up load list & shipping instructions from customers.
Finalizing load list/DGPC/LOI/Manifest & submit to vessel operators
before vessel cut-off.
Closely monitoring and filling our space allocation
Submitting required documents to vessel operator for special cargoes
such as DG, ISO Tanks, Flexi, OOG and reefers. Preparing our final CBF
(PERFORMANCE) and final bayplan as per MLO & STACK wise to be
submitted in system and circulating to the whole company.

Sending daily booking report & weekly loading report for all our catered

Preparing rate contract in system.
Updating new client details in system to be able to create new bookings.
Updating daily booking & container allotment in system (for BL making
purpose)
Updating & monitoring planning sheet (for present & upcoming bookings
to all our catered sectors).
Monitoring equipment inventory in Dubai Trade & companyʼs system to be able to provide releases to the customers. Sending release orders to
customers (all sectors).
Assisting customers inquiries, pricing, order status, shipping information,
vessel schedules and other functions necessary to serve customer
accounts
Preparing quotation of customer such as sea freight & local charges on
both ends.
Monitor shipments from end to end & provide timely update to customers
Follow-up load list & shipping instructions from customers.
Upload final load list in Dubai trade system.
Making roll over transfer (if there is changes) in Dubai Trade system.
Finalizing load list/DGPC/LOI/Manifest & submit to vessel operators
before vessel cut-off.
Sending pre-alert message to our destination agent to update them with
upcoming bookings on their end.
Follow-up calls for non-active clients of both Sales & CSR
Assisting Sales & Marketing Manager commercially.
