Megarme is a Gulf based operation specifically formed to provide Rope Access to Industries throughout the entire Middle East. We have teams of technicians who are highly skilled in the art of rope access in addition to expertise in many other disciplines. This enables us to not only access extreme locations, but to carry out the required tasks when we get there, onshore and offshore.
Recruitment:
•Ensuring up to date and accurate Job Descriptions
•Coordinating with agencies for recruitment requirements
•Screening of cv’s, interview schedules, assist Line Managers during interviews
•Prepare Job Offers
•Arrange onboarding i.e. visa, flight tickets, accommodation
•Working closely with the Operations Team for manpower project planning and allocations
•Working closely with the Line Managers, Clients and supervisor to understand the needs of the projects to fill the vacancy in a timely manner
HR Administration:
•Ensuring full compliance of HR checklists and documentation
•Ensuring 4-eye principle and segregation of duties are always adhered to
•Ensuring the employee handbook is accurate, relevant and up to date
•Coordinate PRO Services with Qatar Immigration Process such as Fingerprint, Medical, Test, obtaining Electronic Work Contracts and NOC for the completion of RP Process for Employees
•Assist employees in obtaining RP for their family
•Business Visa, Extension of and Cancellation of
•Application of Medical Insurance for New Employees.
•Renewal of Medical Insurance for Employees and Family’s.
•HR Induction for new employees
•Prepared monthly report to be submitted to HR Dubai such as, Employee List with Position, Health Surveillance Report, Leave Summary, List of Resigned and Terminated employees, Summary of Trainings and Training Plan.
•Arrange tickets for, Annual Leave, Business Trip.
•Arrange QP Medical Examination Tests as requirement prior mobilization to projects
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
•Manage the recruitment and selection process
•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
•Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HR and Administration, Departmental development, Employee relations, Compensation & Benefits, Policies and Benefits and other employment related functions. Coordinate the implementation of services and policies through Human Resources staff; reports to the HR Director, and assists and advises HR Director and Line Managers on Human Resources issues.

Negotiating with landlords, keep track of end of lease contracts, managed renewals and move out procedures.
•Update the all the housing information and other spreadsheets to track movements of employees and keep accurate information
•Liaise with all other departments for all housing related issues
•Responsible for the short and long-term planning and daily operations of all staff accommodation
•Maintain a high level of service provided in housing using various feedback mechanisms
•Overlook and administrate labor camps
