Senior Finance Associate responsible for driving the entire financial accounting function of the Real Estate Arm of the group. The Real Estate Group employs over 500 employees with revenues exceeding SAR 1.0 Billion PA. (USD 260 Mn) . The group is engaged in managing malls, providing architect services, purchase and sales of Building Materials, Construction and management of hotels etc., The group has 14 large shopping malls (Arabian Centres) under its asset portfolio and 6 large malls are under construction. A total of 14 legal entities (SPV's) are established for the purposes of managing these properties. The group is also contemplating to enter into the Residential space which has high potential in the market.

• Assisted in restructuring existing debt of over SAR 3.8 Billion (USD 850 Mn) by sourcing newer funds at lesser cost resulting in major savings in interest.
• Re-engineered processes within the organisation and developed a Policies and Procedures Manual.
• Implemented JD Edwards ERP Solution and also worked on adding new modules to optimise productivity.
• Member of Task Force for implementation of Oracle EBS for the entire Real Estate Division.
• Currently managing financial accounting for over 18 legal entities through a team of qualified staff including documentation, facilitating audits etc.,
