- Final year Project and Thesis were ranked 2nd in a class of 31 students: Combining fairy tales and fantasy stories with architecture, my thesis asked philosophical questions; if we removed the words from the tale to focus on spaces, rooms and landscapes, what would become the lesson of architecture? How can we push the limits of architecture to ignite our imagination? Do our imaginary worlds, then, help us to escape, not only from reality, but from our own limitations? Is it possible that we might bring back from our escapist adventures a renewed sense of our own power and creative potential as human beings? My project came, first as an escape from the real world, second as an architectural tool encouraging critical thinking and creativity. Combining an amusement parc with experimental spaces, museums and pavilions, that aim to explore the similarities between our Lebanese reality and fantasy through an experimental journey. - Honor Student for 5 consecutive years. - Honor of Academic Achievement from the president of the Lebanese University. - UN HABITAT competition winner: The competition was launched by UN-Habitat in collaboration with the OEA and the Municipality of Tripoli to design a public space in AbiSamra – Tripoli. Invited to present the project during the 9th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF9 2018: Cities 2030) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under three different panels (student team project).
