• To follow all quality control procedure, ITP.
• Checking joint fit-up & Monitoring and controlling welding consumables.
• Development and implementation of inspection checklist and report/format.
• Responsible for all material verification as per code.
• Prefabrication & Fabrication of Plates for Vessels & Tanks.
• Fit up and welding of shell, roof, roof structure, nozzles.
• Marking inspection, Dimension Inspection, Fit up inspection, Weld Visual Inspection, Pneumatic Test, Vacuum Test & NDT activities in Fabrication
• Supervise, inspect and witness all necessary requirements of NDT
such as Radiographic test, Dye Penetrate test for each Project.
• Raw material inspection which includes, Pipe, Plate, Fittings,
Fasteners etc. correlating with MTC.
• Issuance of request for inspection for client and coordinate with the
department concern.
• Joint fit-up inspection and preparation inspection for shell joints.
• Inspection of LAMINATION JOINTS.
• Dimensional inspection of Storage tanks.
• Weld visual inspection of Storage tanks, Pipes & Structural Works.
• Dimensional inspection of Pipes.
• Inspection for Tank Roundness.
• Inspection for Tank Peaking & Bending.
• Witnessing all NDE examinations.
• Conducting and witnessing of Pneumatic Test, Hydro test, Vacuum Testing etc.,
• Responsible for making all QC Documentations.
• Final document preparation and submission work as per client requirement.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, -Completing in May 2012, with Second Class at Einstein College of engineering, ANNA University in Tamil Nadu.
