Carryout laboratory testing for incoming, in-process and finished products to ensure product conformance with written and established procedures and specification.
Compile statistical analysis data and report on daily basis and as necessary on product quality to summarize quality findings (includes accuracy on data encoding on the shared folder spreadsheet).
Responsible for animal feed compliance with the available quality systems to ensure safe quality products.
Responsible for coordinating with procurement and controlling raw quality before purchasing. Responsible of handling all incoming material inspection of raw materials including packaging materials.
Responsible of daily product analysis and tests . Ensure all aspects of quality SOP's and records are in compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed.
Reporting and documentation.
Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
Training chemists on analytical instruments.
Solve the problems faced by the analyst with the devices.
Maintenance and calibration of devices.
Application on NIR, FTIR technology and Kjeldahl method.
Achieve annual financial business objectives in terms of volume, revenue and profitability
Submit regional volume forecast as per demand forecast cycle and process to secure adequate market stock levels and contribute to supply chain efficiency
Analyze competitor activities in the market in terms of prices and presentations of new products and suggest suitable actions
Daily Weekly and monthly report as per business needs
