Analyzing different tests of transformer oil chemical and physical properties such as Break Down voltage, Dissolve Gas analysis (DGA) by GC-TOGA, Furanic compounds and Passivators by HPLC, DBDs by GC-ECD, Water by Karl Fischer, Acidity by potentiometric titration flash point and other physical tests.
Manage the implementation Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements in Laboratory.
Validate all methods of analysis.
Calculate uncertainty for analytical procedures.
Following different Kind of Standard Procedures such as APHA, ASTM and IEC.
Preparing Tenders for lab instruments and analyzing supplier’s quotations.
Attending annual Management Review meeting.
Maintaining lab quality according to ISO 17025:2005 by arranging internal audits and participating in PT programs and checking lab QC-chart daily to ensure that quality system is maintained well.
