Responsibilities:
♦ Analyze Raw Materials that enter in the manufacture
of the Drug According to Pharmacopoeia Specification,
With the achievement of Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
♦ Use modern methods of Analysis and able to operate
the following instruments:-
● HPLC : \{ 1-Agilent 1100 Auto Sampler,
2-Agilent 1200 Auto Sampler,
3-Waters Auto Sampler \}.
● Gas Chromatography(GC Agilent).
● Spectrophotometer Apparatus(UV). ● NIR. ● TLC.
● Refractometer.
● Karl Fisher Apparatus.● Dosimat. ● Potentiometer.
● Polarometer.
● Melting point tester. ● pH meters.
● Conductivity meter. ● Viscometers.
♦ Analyze water for Injection, Pure Steam and Purified
Water to ensure meets the requirements,
by measure Total Organic Carbon and Conductivity.
♦ Analyze Finished Products and able to operate the following
instruments:-
● Dissolution Apparatus(Tablets, Capsules&Suppositoires).
● Friability Apparatus.
● Disintegration Apparatus
●Hardness Apparatus for Tablets.
Responsible for checking Certificate Specifications and coordinate
with Clients and Handling with ASTRA System.
