• Cold Start up, Hot Start-up, Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Units.
• Preparing start up check list for Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Water steam cycle and Balance of Plant
• Switchyard operation (400KV), normalization and isolation of breakers, isolators & earth switch for Line Clearance to GRID.
• Ability to coordinate with gas and fuel suppliers as well as with the grid operator.
• Analyzing breakdowns, tripping and any major variance in the Performance.
• Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control generation as per requirement.
• Emergency Equipment Trial and restoration of process and Equipment.
• Restoration of unit back to normal operation under emergency condition in concurrence with safety.
• Functional checks of fire detection system (smoke, heat & CO2) and Deluge valve operation of spray system for the protection of Transformers and Cable Cellar.
