● Enhancing culture and spirit by promoting volunteerism & staff engagement across the foundation.
● Create and manage a comprehensive database for volunteer engagement.
● Run an internal training hub driven by selected staff to cross train different topics based on employee-
development requirements.
● Develop sustainability plans, as well as motivation and recognition programs to enhance volunteer
performance. Identify volunteer assignments that provide meaningful work for volunteers.

● Assessing employees in different hierarchy levels through coaching, analyses presentation and other techniques.
● Developing and submitting relevant reports to help management in evaluating employees.
● Develop and implement projects to selected villages for development and identify target populations;
● Maintain the different phases of the project including; village selection, fundraising strategies, root causes analyses, implementation and close out;
● Lead proposal writing to acquire sponsorship opportunities, while insuring funding criteria is met.
● Develop monitoring reports to our steering committee, board and other stakeholders.

- Support period to implement the To-Be process manuals and to provide a comprehensive manual versions after the practical applications
