manufacturing excellence savings along with the technical pillars through WCM master

o Delivered hard cash savings of 550 and 850 KEuros in 2015 & 2016 respectively
o Accountable for the rest of the manufacturing excellence agenda implementation
regarding the rest of the technical pillars ( SHE, FI, AM, PM, ..etc)
o Develop a management style that encompasses setting tough goals and involving all
at the Factory in finding solutions to achieve them, and is appropriate to a small, fast
growing Business.
o Ensure that Unilever Safety, Environmental and Quality policies are implemented on
the site.
o Develop the planning processes for the Site to ensure efficient use of Raw Materials
