Exceeded challenging organizational objectives while engaged in leading the enterprise business for Middle East and Africa region focused on transforming the financial, energy, and transportation industries. Interacted successfully with more than 120 CXOs and directly supported a portfolio of $280 million in business. Devised and implemented strategies that grew enterprise business in MEA by 48% in six quarters in very tough macroeconomic conditions.
• Conducted comprehensive market sizing analysis based on GDP and FDI for top nine countries to visualize and identify areas of opportunity and saturation to determine focus.

Sr. Director/CTO Advanced Technologies
Recruited and led a team of high performing business development managers and consulting engineers charged with increasing the penetration of advanced technologies (data center, security, unified communications, storage networking, wireless, and video) across the Middle East and Africa region. Drove an integrated technology strategy leveraging the network as the platform to optimize business architectures through consolidation of IT assets, collaboration/automating IT operations, and virtualization of IT services. Aligned market and technology requirements and successfully defined technology strategy in collaboration with key functions across the organization and eco-system of partners. Significantly increased customer relevance through architectural selling. Developed and executed an operational plan that delivered $300 million in Advanced Technologies, which was 140% of target and 33% of total business. Grew the business by 120% over three years.
