Reporting to The GM of UAE branch, I’m in charge of the following:
• Scrutinize, short-list CVs and evaluate candidates for various categories. Proficient in using different job portals such as Naukri Gulf, Bayt.com, Monster Gulf, and hire Lebanese as well as selection from our internal Database( over than 20000 CVs).
• Design and publish recruitment advertisements for online and printed media.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, prepare for client’s interviews with shortlisted candidates and meet walk-in candidates.
• Arrange for interviews venues (hotel conference room) and client’s delegates transportation and accommodation.
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the right candidate on targeted time.
• Follow up with client and candidates for after interview feedback.
• Prepare a draft offer letter, negotiate salary and prepare visa documents for accepted candidates.
• Draft agreement and contract with new clients (overseas and local).
• Identify employees’ development needs and provide required training to maintain and improve job performance.
• Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day.
• Prepare and Participate in many universities job fair in Lebanon and UAE.

• Enter, update and verify data (candidates CV, contact details, clients information, etc) into our recruitment software.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Reviewing entered client and candidate data and updating the outdated CV and contact details; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Part-time HR assistant in HR department (04.02.08 - 03.03.09) (Undergraduate)
Reporting to HR Manager, I’m in charge of:
• General Administration activities and statutory compliance.
• Responsible of attendance sheet and employee’s personal files.
• Greet manager’s clients, answer incoming telephone enquiries and responds to information request received by e-mail and fax.
• Responsible of calling ALICO’s agent customers and set a convenient appointment for both parties.
• Prepare and participate in yearly universities job fair where more than 50 Lebanese and International Universities are promoting for their products and services.
• Build up effective working relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, other universities, and job fairs.
