→ Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or guests with a friendly and professional manner.
→ Managing incoming phone calls, routing calls to the appropriate person or department, taking messages, and providing general information accordingly.
→ Data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support the organizations' operations.
→ In-charge in keeping all staff attendance and daily schedules, often communication with each staff for updates. → Being able to handle unexpected situations or issues that may arise, such as handling difficult visitors or addressing unexpected problems.

→ To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards (in person or via phone call).
→ To manage room reservations ensuring that the bookings team are processing all enquiries accurately.
→ Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
→ Leading, monitoring, motivating, and inspiring the team; guidance and support.
→ Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, provide reports, as required for housekeepers and management.
→ Produce, manage and operate the reception ROTA, checking future planned, planning cover, and ensuring overtime is provided when necessary.
→ To maintain a cleanly restaurant appearance and assist in opening and closing duties.
→ Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
→ Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
→ Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests.
→ Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
→ Keep up to date with current promotions and restaurant pricing, provide reports, as required for housekeepers and management.
→ Handling reservations, sorting and distributing post.
