Ensure that staff reports 10 minutes prior to duty.
In the absence of Branch Supervisor, daily checks of the staff grooming and presentation. Ensure that all staff follows the TGC standard grooming and presentations.
Ensures that the branch is open on time.
Communicates in English language only.
Properly open and close the branch each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Handle all telephone calls, answering the phone promptly and use the clients name throughout the conversations.
Accurately book, change, cancel and reconfirm appointments on a daily basis.
Completes the End of the day report on a daily basis and ensure that the maximum coverage at peak times.
Actively promotes the treatments, services, retail, promotions and/or discounts available.
Maintains a clean and well organized work area.
Ensures that all retail products are merchandised and stocked properly.
Develops ability to work without constant direct supervision.
Maintains a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Assists in all areas of branch operations as requested by management.
Ensures that you will provide the requested products every month.
Assists in administrative duties such as receiving stocks and inventory reporting.
Offer the highest customer service to clients in a professional manner.
Help maximize all revenue in services and retail through promotion.
Have a complete knowledge of all spa and retail services, including
price structure, benefits of treatments and timings.
Monitor all appointments ensuring daily targets are achieved.
Analyze booking schedules ensuring all bookings are fair and both rooms and staff are utilized to the maximum.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports submitted to the manager.
Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.
Process applications for field workers and support staff needed by branches and departments.
Conduct initial interview to all applicants.
Prepares documents such as recommendations for transfer, promotions, appointments, salary adjustments and contractual services of branch/department employees.
Maintains individual records for all employees of the branches and departments.
Reports on the absences and tardiness of all employees and performs such other duties involving personnel.
Process applications for vacation and sick leave.
To provide full administrative support to the Municipal Councilor to insure the effective and efficient daily management of the office of the Municipal Councilor.
Prepares, organizes and insures that required documents, reports and other materials are provided in advance of meetings.
Prepares daily folder with updated calendar, phone call lists, etc.
Schedules and organizes meetings and conference calls.
Performs other projects, assignments or duties as directed.
