Position: Administration Asst.
• Participate the first screening of the candidate received CV’s to Analyst
• Escort applicant to Interview and Support them
• Collect from Recruiters Specialist the candidate CV’s and Internal Application form. Send on Daily basis
• Maintain Electronic filing system with the candidate CV’s and Internal application
• Crate Data base with all candidates interviewed internally. Provide on weekly basis (every Thursday) to Line Manager a complete report with number of weekly interviews.
• Schedule interview with candidate at client office according to the instruction given by the
• Recruiters Specialist.
• Send the Visitor Gate Pass from Client’s Security Team with advance
• Provides Secretarial Support to Recruitment Manger by; Preparing word Documents;
Following up documents with candidates and /or Agencies; contracting the candidates;
Contracting Embassies and Consulates; adheres to and enforces all Policies, procedure set forth by the Company.
• Other HR Related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
