• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage and implement the “drop
Schedule” planned on the assigned shows for the delivery of visitor marketing.
• Arrange and coordinate Barter / Media partner agreements, and ensure the deliverables are executed on time.
• Content development and copywriting for use across e-newsletter, direct mailers and other marketing collaterals
• Preparing visitor marketing briefs to the agency.
• Coordinating with online communications team for designing of email shots and ensuring dispatch on time.

• In addition to the above, solely handled the exhibition Materials Handling KSA, which allowed me to closely work with the Head of Marketing.
• Developed, managed and implemented the drop schedule for this campaign.
• Managed all digital marketing, online activity communications with internal and external agencies.
• Managed and coordinated all visitor campaign related activities with the Saudi partner for the exhibition.
• Executed a wide range of multi-channel marketing activities based on the plan, budget and timeline given for the assigned show
• Planning, setup and promotion of Webinars using Livestorm
• Creating social media content, email content as per the webinar schedule
• Assisted Marketing Managers with marketing-related tasks for 8 trade shows in a year
• Coordinated with media partners on deliverables throughout the campaign
• Liaised with suppliers and agencies to fulfil marketing activities

• Managed onsite exhibitor interview with the videography teams for all shows
