• Answer queries by employees and clients and redirect them when necessary
• Update office policies as needed.
• Book meeting rooms as required.
• Distribute and store correspondence (E.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate order.
