Lead engineering teams: Oversee, mentor, and build high-performing engineering teams responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the core payment platform.

Platform architecture: Design and evolve the system architecture for transaction processing, ensuring it is highly available, scalable, and resilient, particularly in high-volume environments.

Product development oversight: Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment, for all payment products.

API and integrations: Oversee the development of robust and well-documented APIs for integrating with banks, payment providers, and merchant systems.

Technical hands-on leadership: Provide guidance on complex engineering challenges and maintain a high standard of code quality through practices like code reviews. 
Transaction processing
Payment orchestration: Oversee the design and development of the system that routes, processes, and settles payments from various channels, such as cards, UPI, and wallets.
Transaction flow management: Ensure the reliability and efficiency of transaction flows, including success, failure, retry logic, and timeouts.Reconciliation and settlement: Oversee the development of services for automated reconciliation and settlement processes.
