• Work closely with hiring managers and clients by understanding their recruitment needs to find them the best possible candidates
• Create Job description and Job advert, Present job opportunities for passive and active candidates
• Market and promote vacancies on social media platforms like LinkedIn & Job boards like Bayt, Gulf talent, Naukarigulf, Indeed.etc
• Source at least 5 best possible candidate profiles per role by creating Boolean, X-ray searching on social media, Job boards also through referrals and networking. Review and screen applications in accordance with the open job orders.
• Conduct candidate interviews or assume responsibility of pre- interview screening to compile a shortlist of maximum three suitable prospects per role
• Conduct briefing sessions to prepare candidates for interviews and assessments and debrief them afterward
• Build and maintain company database via the ATS and other systems
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate & employer
• Conduct candidate feedback interviews for testimonial and referral purposes
• Arrange group interviews for inhouse recruitment and intern hiring process.
• Prepare and Maintain client, candidates and interview related documentation.
• Recruited approximately thirty-five professionals in a range of industry verticals & practice recruitment metrics to track hiring success and optimize the process of recruitment.
