• Responsible for Planning, Organizing, Communicating, Coordinating and Controlling activities of all Civil & Interior projects.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.Conducted design, drafting, specification, administration, and project management services for various project.
• Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings
• Created project schedules with detailed Time management, and Monitored progress at all stages, to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives. While providing through efficient and frequent communications.
• Men /Material/ Machinery arrangement, Coordinating with all Departments, Time & People management, checking work quality, Measurement, Billing, Payment, Customer service.
• Track the progress and Quality of work being performed by design disciplines/ Trades.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Manage all aspects of Project process, Oversee and Co-ordinate sub-contractors.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

• Independently Handling, Planning, Managing, Monitoring, Supervising the all the alteration woks. (i.e. Civil, Plumbing, Flooring, Painting, Garden, Electrical, Carpentry, e.t.c.)
• Each Interior Designing & Execution ( i.e. Kitchen, Coffee Pub, Garden, Office, kids play, Catering, Service hall, Pizza & Pastry shop, veg & non-veg section., e.t.c)
• Each Furniture Designing & Execution (Kitchen, Coffee Pub, Garden, Office, Catering, Service Hall, Pizza & Pastry shop, Veg & Non-Veg section, Roof Garden, e.t.c)
• Man, Machinery & Material cost checking, selection, arrangement.
• Coordinating with all contractors & workers, Work assigning as per design, Get the work done by them as per design at given time, Quality checking, Measurements and payments, e.t.c.
