Involved in full-cycle recruiting: Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening and placing candidates for various positions at all levels from various technology domains
Sourcing of candidates matching the job specifications through various sources like job portals, Software and referrals
Informing candidates over the phone in order to determine the job 'fit' in terms of job description specified by the client
Managing effectively the Existing Accounts (Clients) and Database (Consultants) Forward their requirement to the concerned person and get the position occupied.
Analyzing Manpower requirements of clients in terms of fine focused details such as experience, credentials, skill set and professional attitude necessary for the best hit ratio.
Coordinating with clients to arrange the interviews, lining up interviews for the candidates short listed by the clients
Follow up with the clients for the feedback, handholding candidates till they join the company
Timely update of the necessary reports / forms related to the clients, candidates & mandates.
Have Experience and expertise in screening and placing consultants at all levels
Have screened and placed consultants of various IT skills such as but not limited to Dot NET, C#, MVC, WCF, PDMS Administrator, SmartPlant(3D, PID) Administrators, Hybris, SAP (BASIS, CRM, FICO, HCM etc.), SharePoint Developers, SharePoint Administrators, BizTalk, Calypso, Spring Developers, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, etc.
Develop 2 modules on .Net that extract the XBRL data from internet to create Database
Secured IInd rank in IVth sem with 78.3% and IXth rank in 1st sem with 73.4%. Certified National Seminar on Convergence of Database and Communication Technologies. Certified VIth National Conference on Advancements in Computational Techniques & Applications.
