•Distribute clients among Leasing & Sales Executives
•Liaise with landlord of major projects to arrange site visits
•Maintain & manage Excel reports (i.e. income, availability lists, etc.)
•Maintain & ensure complete documentation for each client (i.e. QID copy, CR copy, etc.)
•Review of cheques prior to acceptance from the client
•Safekeeping of cheques and submission to the Finance Dept. upon receipt of supporting documents from clients

- Directly report to and assist the Managing Director
- Schedule meetings
- Generate monthly reports (i.e. income, expenditure & leased and sold properties)
- Constantly update Availability list of units for sale and lease
- Receive and entertain incoming calls (i.e. enquiries for leasing, etc.)
- Liaise with clients on scheduling house visits
- Liaise with owners in relation to units leased by the company
- Maintaining the filing system of the company clientele
- Issue Receipts and Invoices for letting/brokerage fee from owners and tenants payments
- Managing the company’s petty cash
- Arrange logistics of candidates for face to face interviews
- Schedule interviews (i.e. phone interviews, Skype interviews)
- Schedule meetings
- Assist in pre-screening of applications
- Post vacancies on LinkedIn and Sniperhire
- Other administrative jobs as required (e.g. filing, encoding)

12. Liaising with the Legal Department on matters pertaining to lease contracts
13. Managing the flow of the administrative aspect of leasing
