Responsibilities:
• Cost Code allocation of resources (Materials, Subcontracts, Manpower, and Equipment) working on the project in the ERP - DPR system.
• Loading of Direct and Indirect utilized Manpower (Employed & Rentals) in addition to Plant (Owned & Rentals) together with their corresponding consumed MHRS and Equipment HRS.
• Proper feedback from site to the Cost Control Department in order to monitor Actual Cost vs Budgeted Cost.
• Coordinating with the Project Team (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Planner, Site Foremen & Supervisors) for the required data. In addition, coordinating with Project Secretary, Time Keeper, Safety Supervisors, and Work Permit Receivers for supporting documents.
• Variance Activity Report, Quantity Comparison Report, Cost Projection
• Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.
• Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
• Collecting cost data from suppliers or subcontractors to track material costs
• Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses

Responsibilities:
• Execute projects according to the work scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate activities and resolve issues among proponents and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final mechanical completion.
• Review and resolve day to day complaints related to assigned project work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.
• Ensuring compliance to company standards, procedures, policies and agreed work specifications.
• Understand contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications and project schedule to support project manager and/or company representative in timely completion of project.
• Project Reporting and implementation of company initiatives during project execution.
• Upholds engineering ethics and maintain high standards of professional behavior and conduct.
• Attend Job-Ex Meetings and site visits for new tender
• Assist tendering department in preparing commercial proposal and prepare technical proposal for new tender

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the installation/fabrication of pipe spool checking on an area basis ensuring the construction meets quality, schedule and safety targets
• Ensure that piping installation HSSE policy and procedure are implemented
• Prepare daily reports of work progress (dia-in per day) and manpower utilization
• Study the general specifications and isometric drawings
• Checking As-Built and field modification and mark-up files to ensure that latest information are available to all concern
• Attend regular coordination and progress meeting
• Review piping support specification and correct installation
• Conduct safety walk through/safety meeting or tool box meeting
Project: Master Gas System II Package I (Area A - Kabshan) Client: Saudi Aramco Location: Kabshan, Saudi Arabia Project Scope: Laying of 422 kilometers of 56 pipeline on Saudi Aramcos East-West Pipeline II. Perform EPC work for valve stations, metering systems, launcher and receiver stations and fibre optic cables.

Responsibilities:
• Study, review and observe to have thorough knowledge of the Bulk Handling System and undertakes competency training and assessment
• Check system components prior to start-up during plant operation or system test run
• Operate and monitor all activities on coal handling system (belt conveyors, transfer towers, stacker/reclaimer), under the supervision of the Senior Operator
• Carry out routine check on plant lubricating oil levels for all rotating equipment
• Record all activities, log system running condition parameters, and create detailed report of any abnormalities and defects and handovers information to job relief
• Carry out hands-on job type of training and coaching/mentoring of trainee operators assigned
• Review Commissioning procedures and assist Senior Operator on function tests, motor solo tests, and pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures

Responsibilities: Construction Phase
• Comply with all safety requirements and be aware of the possible risk hazards which may involve during fabrication and erection activities prior to start of the work
• Ensure all the required equipment to carry out the work with accordance to the construction schedule and are available in good condition with valid test/inspection certificates
• Ensure daily progress reports of fabrication and erection (Fit-up, Pipe Erection, Support Erection and Valve Erection) are within company productivity standard and submit to the Technical Office
• To ensure that all technical matter/ field changes in drawings are discussed with the supervisors and foreman, and any revised technical information received from the Engineering construction manager has been carried out according to the revised information
• Monitor pipe spool identification marking, branches, and reducers
• Inform to QA/QC for Piping Inspection
• Monitor and confirming proper documentation of destructive and non-destructive tests on equipment and piping system to include die-penetrant, radiographic, hydrostatic and other testing as specified
• Compares piping installation against P&IDs, and detailed design drawings
• Review & finalize as built drawings after project completion Commissioning Phase
• Responsible for daily walk down/Inspection for ready for start-up (RFSU) punch list/clearing
• Performed daily tool box talk about safety before start the work
• Apply commissioning risk assessments and safety measures to all works
• Preparing and reviewing plant integration design documents, which include Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID), Line List, Piping List, Valve List, Isometric drawings

PROJECTS involved: 2. Jizan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (Utilities & Common Area) EPC #5 Client: Saudi Aramco Main Contractor: Technicas Reunidas Location: Jazan, Saudi Arabia October 5, 2015 - September 4, 2016 Project Scope: Saudi Aramco is developing a large world-scale electric power plant adjacent to the 400, 000 BPD grass roots Jazan Refinery & Terminal Project (JRTP) being developed in the Jazan Economic City (JEC) in Saudi Arabia. The power plant will be based on Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (JIGCC) technology. As part of this project, package identified by Saudi Aramco as EPC 5 comprises of various buildings, electrical, instrumentation, piping, metering systems, fire protection, structural steel, shelters,
foundations, roads, parking and civil work inside the physical boundary limits of the units.

Responsibilities:
• Construction, assembly & erection of residential houses
• Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Check daily work quality and assure the customers premises is always kept clean & in order
• Ensure all the installation process is carried in accordance to the company policies
• Assembly, repair and upgrade of Seismic Base Isolated houses
• Installation of Ventilator System and domestic Photovoltaic Power System
• Soil analysis for structural foundation work
• Takes part in the connection and drilling of pipe during Koukan and Chinka operation
• Machine shop tasks and some clerical duties

Responsibilities: Construction
• Evaluate and review mechanical drawings and ensure its accordance to designs
• Monitor working of facility and check that all health and safety regulations were followed
• Attend in project management meetings and ensure all new workers coming to site are HSE oriented, trained and guided
• Inspect mechanical work such as proper installation of hatchery equipment i.e. Chickmaster Hatchers & Setters, Evaporative coolers, Industrial Fans and cooling pads
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly invoices for the work executed
Operation & Maintenance
• Monitor all activities such as but not limited to; egg receiving & preparation, hatching egg incubation, chick pull-out & chick delivery/chick distribution, preparation & submission of hatchery related reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Plan, implementation, and development of policies and practices for operation of hatchery to ensure production efficiency standards set by the company were attained
• Conduct Post Hatch Analysis & assess hatch results
• Maintain strict bio security measures and enforce high standard of safety
• Prepare reports on hatchery activities, such as chick production and sales and other reports required
• Organize routine maintenance schedule of building, machineries & equipment (setters, hatchers, diesel generator sets, AHU, evaporative coolers, delivery truck, etc.)
