Position: Restaurant Manager
• Plan and work on budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales targets while controlling costs
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
• Train and develop staff in order to maximize their performance
• Keep track of inventory and place orders with suppliers accordingly
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare employee schedule and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts
• Make sure all food safety standards, health and safety regulations, and cash handling & security procedures are followed
• Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentations
Position: Assistant Manager
• Ensure the store is operating efficiently,
Maintaining high standards of quality control, and health & safety protocols.
• Ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals, such as profitability, sales targets and cost control
• Handle Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and developing action plans accordingly
• Lead and develop a team through constant motivation and training in order to provide a highest levels of guest satisfaction
• Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints
• Regularly inspect restaurant premises, equipment and supplies to ensure they are maintained well and in good working order
• Directs, trains and motivates Team Members during shift on each of the workstations
• Ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during shift
• Delegate tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
• Completes checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shift
• Complete all daily paper works and administrative tasks for the designated shift
• Engages with customers to ensure they are satisfied with service and products offered
• Report customer complaints and issues to Store Manager
• Work with store manager in order to achieve sales targets and cost controls
• Works as a team player to support staffs in completing their tasks
• Organize for shift readiness and position team members to meet the sales demands
• Monitor employee performance to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift
• Ensure sufficient labour and supplies are available throughout shift
• Responsible for cash management and customer complaints while on duty
