• Monitoring and Passing custom bill in E-Mirsal2 for import and export ensure necessary documents are filed and forwarded to customs for submission without fine/penalty. Generating online municipality approval for food (FIRS), DG (IDG) and cosmetics material.
• Coordinate with Dubai chamber for certificate of origin (COO) and yearly renewing the member ship on time.

Prepare Export / Import related shipping documentation, maintain records and coordinate for product shipment. Lead communications within the Shipping/Receiving area. Schedule and Coordinate with freight forwarders. Ensuring freight forwarders are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery. Supervise and monitoring carry out all the inbound, out bound value add, rework operations in a manner consistent with the port & customs, JAFZA, Health, safety, EHS and other local government requirements and polices. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods, liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers and developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions. Processing of Mirsal 2 (Web Application Dubai Customs) declarations for import, export and FZ In/Out, and other various customs related services like gate pass request, DPA payment request, Hauler nomination, refund request, inspection booking and other customs related payments. Processing and clearing of air and ocean import export documents, local and Free Zone In/Out, transshipment, internal transfer and duty exempted goods according to UAE customs regulations, laws, and procedures. Effectively maintain CDR and Standing Guarantee accounts. Review and process the different type of customs forms and documents required for re-export and coordinating and submitting refund deposit claims for same.

Monitoring and supervising inbound, outbound and yard operation. Effectively organize and allocate the manpower and equipments for daily operation, planning and allocate warehouse space for inbound shipments. Carry out invoicing of all inbound and out bound shipments(DO, GRN, invoice, packing list and custom documents) Implement and ensure that the First In First Out (FIFO), Last In First Out (LIFO) and AGING system in the warehouse is being followed (as per customer requirement). Providing proper guide line to the warehouse staff for effective operation and encouraging to maximum of their capability, contribution and productivity. Monitoring and supervising MDN of excess, short and damaged goods and informing customer for further action. Monitoring cycle count, monthly and yearly stock count.

To monitor and supervise warehouse floor operation. supervise picking, packing and put-away operations allocate resources for optimum utilization and suggest and implement processes to improve warehouse effectiveness. ensure manual put-away and picking list are rechecked for right quantities, dimensions and products and that all documents are attached in the job file before handing it over to the account handlers for accurate system confirmation. Oversee packing processes for out bound shipments for compliance to country and customer specifications and that necessary certifications and stickers are attached to enable timely delivery of goods to the customer. Carry out regular stock checks, cycle count and location check to achieve stock accuracy. Implement QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) and security polices and procedures in the distribution centre and ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained at all the times, taking quick corrective action when required.
