ADNOC Gas Processing is part of the downstream value chain in ADNOC group, and a major supplier of gas and related products,
operating one of the world’s largest gas processing plant.
• Manage the supervision, execution, launch, maintenance and enhancement of ADNOC Gas Processing IT in-house, third-party and
ADNOC group applications, while ensuring delivery of quality and cost-effective solutions meeting business requirements at
Corporate and divisional levels. Over 20 completed and ongoing projects cover solutions for business areas in HSE, Security, IT,
Transportation, General Services, Crisis Management, Procurement, HR and Strategic Planning.
• Achieve internal customer and end user buy in through project management, end user training, and change management.
• Conduct research, attend technology expos and conferences, and evaluate off the shelf solutions in market and ADNOC Group for
business requirements and best practices.
• Lead the IT tender contracts process for projects through documentation, technical evaluation, and coordination with planning
and procurement departments.
• Collaborate through idea submissions for business improvements in innovation platform.
• Facilitate in planning of new initiatives and annual department budget preparation.
• Mentor new team members to ensure alignment with team activities.
• Identify opportunities for cross functional collaboration to derive more value and buy in from project stakeholders.
• Reviewed and conducted workshops with business stakeholders of company’s fleet management process, to identify gaps in
existing processes, and provided recommendations for process enhancements.
• Managed the IT application re-branding exercise in 2017 as part of the IT re-branding task force, to ensure application readiness
in line with ADNOC re-branding.
• Performed the IT Job Description update as part of the IT JD task force team in 2012.
• Coordinated with team and IT support teams to realize 100% SLA achievement for team’s IT support calls and improvements in
KPI by arranging for team retraining and simplifying training manual.

• Implemented Code of Conduct Acknowledgement site for company vendors, increasing acknowledgment response tracking rate
by over 70%.
• Developed Technical Projects Dashboard, enabling a centralized repository for tracking all projects related information for
respective stakeholders.
• Executed Vehicle Contracts Management, supporting business stakeholders to monitor contract budget utilization, plan in
advance for additional budgetary requirements and minimize approval delays of over 6 months.
• Developed the Common Shuttle Reservation System, improving occupancy and utilization of shuttle bus used by group companies
by over 80%.
• Managed the Social Club Management, aiding in efficient management of company club dining operations through end-to-end
automation, including club in-dining and delivery orders for employees.
• Led implementation of the Visitor Management System, enhancing visitor security controls and processing efficiency by over 90%.
• Acknowledged through Best Performer award in ADNOC Gas Processing for launch of the Corporate Correspondence
Management System, and achieved over 90% system utilization in first year, by ensuring a smooth transition for all end users
from a previously manual practice to a completely automated system. Launch accomplished through management buy ins,
marketing campaigns, different levels of training sessions, and, post launch support and training activities.

• Developed, maintained and enhanced around 5 IT in-house applications, while ensuring delivery of quality solutions meeting
client requirements in the Communications, Media and Entertainment industry.
• Facilitated in the R&D product development of several applications such as three-screen social networking platform (IPTV, web,
mobile), and other IPTV applications through web development and integration.
• Conducted R&D and developed code obfuscation as part of project requirements.

on Microsoft Surface devices for a client’s conference event.
