Working in the group corporate strategy for Healthcare, Investments and Wellness vertical, my role is to design, develop and improve internal processes methodologies; solve business problems, to research, identify and analyze business opportunities and gather market data to arrive at comprehensive decision making
Key responsibilities
•Business & Market Intelligence:
•Assess the current and possible future state of the market
•Data aggregation through primary and secondary research, conducting market surveys as well as liaising with external research companies
•Feasibility Studies:
•Act as an internal consultant in assisting the Board of Directors, data- driven decision-making process by providing feasibility studies through developing comprehensive business case
•Business Plans:
•Assist the head of strategy in developing and implementing business plans in line with organization's strategic objectives
•Strategic Monitoring & Growth of existing business:
•Assist the business unit heads to formulate and adopt new strategies and business models to improve profitability and increase growth
•Optimize existing process through analysis and provide recommendation to the business owners
•Technology Solution Implementations:
•Research on existing technologies across global healthcare companies
•Create product roadmap for healthcare solutions
•Closely liaise with product companies to implement technology solutions at KEF healthcare
•Board Meeting Presentations/ Internal Communications from Chairman’s Office:
•Prepare board presentations, and assist the head of strategy in managing internal and external communications
Key Projects:
•Healthcare:
•Developed an expansion strategy along with financial projections for the healthcare business to set up a Centre of Excellence (COE) in UAE in tie up with other hospitals which could potentially generate annual revenue of AED 10-15 Mill
•Agri Business:
•Presented a full-fledged data driven feasibility analysis for an export market for organic fruits and vegetable business which proved unviable and therefore helped the company save approx. AED 200K
•Venture Capital Fund
• Carried out extensive research and data driven analysis to study the VC lay of the land to assess the feasibility of setting up an in-house VC fund.

•Industry analysis - Analysed trends, competition & opportunities to deliver actionable insights.
•Go-To-Market Strategy:
•Closely worked with Business Units in driving new business initiatives, and planning long term strategic initiatives
