• Providing security service components like: firewalls Fortinet, Juniper and ASM box Mobile box, proxies, Load balancer F5.
•Prevent incidents and problems by keeping systems hardened and by utilizing existing processes and technologies in place.
•Troubleshoot issues, communicate with colleagues, and notify customers to document the progress.
•Apply monitoring for connections up/down and log management utilities like Icinga2 and Splunk.
•Splunk tool: perform analysis of security logs for Clients policy: source, destination, ports, read through the log messages of the System with issues, administration and support, authentication only on source or only on destination, searching for systems that access multiple destinations. Creating alerts and reports, all required searching sending them configuration to Incinga2.
•Follow up detected security incidents and drive closure of such.
•Record, track, and document pertinent information.
•Support the automation and streamlining of operations and processes.
•Load balancer F5: reconfiguration, add Header on LB application, LB configuration or change of an existing LB request, creating CSR and Private Key generation, creating SSL certificates based on information requested, implementation of certificates.

• Previous exposure to Unix and Linux systems with understanding of a scripting language like Perl and Python.
• 70% working on ASM-Safeguarding Special Machines, FortiGate 60D/E/F: preparation, configuration FG60D, integration or removing FWs from firewall environment.
• Firewall access, policy implementation/modify/add/remove firewall traffic from Forti Manager, FW ASM configuration, FW DSL configuration.
• Working with platforms like: Splunk, Juniper (NSM), Fortinet (Forti Manager), ITShop, iTOP, Forti Analyzer, Forti Collector, Radius, Firemon,
• Troubleshooting tickets tools like Zula, CISM and ITShop.
• Practice in using version control software like SVN or Git (json files, puppet).
• Good working in English and German language with an interest in getting to the point quickly.
• Strong interpersonal customer service orientation and distinct organizational skills. • Providing services such as: deep communication with direct/end clients and German customers, solving modify, adding security requests in a short time, solving connection problems.

I have shown ownership and accountability. I am proactive and pay attention with a positive attitude to every problem. I am reliable, I build trust in supporting my colleagues and learn them everything about this project, leading by example.
I have learned them how to logical think in any issue, how to be sure on themselves and I have learned them how to develop them through any new information.
I think the expression " Learning from the best" can show tasks, skills and perspective thinking of any colleague in this project. I recognize and reward success to my new colleagues. They are all ambitious to learn and after developing themselves to be independent. I care for my team; I am very available to be a part of team when we need.
