▪ Supported sales team with creating and updating the pipeline on SalesForce.com, maintaining the deals’ status. Supported the Channel team with various Channel Partners Programs, MENA, including setting targets, pipeline updates, revenue achievements, special pricing requests, and rebates.

▪ Support general operations, and review business processes in order to improve operational workflows, paying specific attention to details to ensure efficiency and perfection. Organize sales/marketing meetings and reseller trainings, workshops, and conferences.
▪ Draw, organize, and support product-training activities; participate in developing strategy, demand generation, and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for products; communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team, and develop the sales tools that support the selling process for products. Oversee product launches in collaboration with planning the launch of new products and releases, and manage the cross-functional implementation of plans.
