• Act as point of contact for all order & client related issues and to respond within the stipulated time.
• Work closely with customers with regards to international shipping of orders & the sales team.

• Follow up on enquiries/leads
• Coordination on all Trade Shows

 Report to the Regional Sales Managers for creating the daily and monthly sales reports along with regional reports and the monthly historical sales report
 Create Proforma invoices, delivery orders and credit notes for distributors in SAP.
 Deliver administrative support across a variety of activities including raising of POs, DO’s, credit notes, debit notes in SAP and overall secretarial support
Daily sales order allocation process with business management and sales accounts;
 Work closely with the commercial and supply chain departments ensuring that transactions are validated and processed on a complete, timely, and accurate basis.
 Daily delivery creation and availability with the internal supply chain department both planning and fulfilment;
 Track Order progress against current customer targets.
 Inform Sales team about monthly revenue status in the Middle East and Africa region.
 Work closely with credit control to ensure effective front-end management of the sales/collections areas.
 Update and maintain marketing calendar/library for all projects and marketing activities
 Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans
 Creating/executing marketing communications materials such as catalogues, leaflets and brochures
 Collaboration with advertising & digital agencies
 Prepare marketing reports and presentation.
 Receive and validate invoices and submit to Finance department
 Maintain promotional materials, files, agreements and reports
 Plan exhibitions and trade shows in the region

• Report to the Marketing Manager for building awareness and driving sales
• Source and co-coordinate production of promotional material
• Manage on-going events and promotions
• Negotiate on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
