Actually I'm responsible for:
•Country Manager for STUDI Group in Mauritania in charge with the development activities of the Mauritanian Branch, prospection, bidding, tax tracking, contract management, etc.
•Project management for work supervision of the universal library in Nouakchott ( 15000 SQM),
•Contract’s management ( invoicing, claims, payment, negotiation).
•Recruitment management.
•Assistant of the Water Public Company for the examination of the tenderer’s bidding and contract negotiations,
•Committee member for the technical and financial examination of the contractors for the new central bank of Mauritania project ( 17 floors- 35000 SQM).
•STUDI construction department manager for West Africa.
•PM assisting ICD (private sector financing bank) for 3500 housing units project in Dakar.
•Punctual missions for the work supervision of the new airport of Blaise Diagne-Dakar.
•Tendering preparation.
•Contact with potential clients in west Africa countries with regards the project prospections.

Manager for the development of the company activities in Libya and Algeria

I'm project manager: Construction Supervision & Construction Management.
My major activity is in housing and infrastructure projects

-assistant of the manager in investment and business development projects, -assistant of the project manager in 7 stars presidential hotel
-charged with the contract management and subcontractor's negociation.
-project supervisor of some projects ( presidential restaurant)

I'm the responsible as coordinator and representative of the ministry of the sports in assisting the construction of the olympic city of rades.
