Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead a team of lead Engineers, supervisors, foreman and Contractors.

• Making sure that all the followings are carried out:
• Prepare schedule, job code, reviewing project specs, pre-fabrication, kick off meeting, raise PR, getting all drawings etc, arrangement of contractors, arranging Visa/passes for foreigner, dissipating of jobs to section engineering division, making sure all standard necessities is provided on site (Like internet, lighting, air-conditioning, table..etc)
• Conduct weekly / monthly operations meeting.
• Participate in yearly cost budgeting.
• Working closely with owner and surveyor.
• Participate in daily progressive meeting with the owner & contractor.
• Making sure that all requirements are met (highlighted by customers).
• Reporting to Top management on sticky financial situation on project issues.
• Working closely with Project, sales, QS & QA dept, finance, procurement...etc
• Random inspection on vessel regarding installation and the up keeping of new machinery inventories ordered by customers/owners.
• Attend training on new product/machinery launch.
• Site & discipline inspection/site survey

Job Scope:

• Employed directly by France head-quarter as an expatriate in KOREA OKPO
• Working on LNG Vessel
• Installation & commissioning of centrifugal compressors
• Making sure the exact functionality of all Electrical, Electronic & mechanical parts.
• Calibration of Sensors, valves opening, cavitations level of compressors….etc..
• Typing of reports & answering to customer’s enquiries.
• Making sure that the equipment operates in accordance to customer requirements.

Training, organizing and arranging jobs for my Engineer and ensuring smooth operation of the SERVICE Dept.
Our system consists of mini fuel station (MFS); fast fill station (CFS) etc. With all the electrical, electronic & mechanical functions which I must know fast without much guidance. Working together with our customer’s Technical, risk management and safety personnel.
Liaising with civil Engineering companies in Singapore and carrying out prompt inspection on the system in Germany, before actual delivery.
I must ENSURE that it meets the specification and criteria of TüV. Then delivery can be made. Most of our piping standards are BSP type unless otherwise specify.
Beside CNG system, I also need to deal with Nitrogen generators (USA), Nitrogen controlling units (USA), FCC (France), and all other different type of systems that are from our company, which is manufactured in Bauer USA, Bauer Germany or Bauer France.
Constant technical training must also be given to our agents/distributor around ASIA so as to help their technical Dept in understanding our newest design and break through in technology.
Hands-on trouble-shooting, retrofication, modification is also part of my scope.
Reports must be made and documented properly. Designing of control systems, simulation kit, and typing out of circuitry were made/design solely by me if necessary.
Overseas servicing must also be carried out if my Engineers have problem in solving the problem.
Planning, executing and coordinating of core project are also necessary.
Accompanying my General Manager overseas whenever necessary and technically supporting him if required. E.G. Product Presentation, Technical seminars…etc.
Ordering of spare-parts must also be carried out if necessary.
