• Teach 12 separate classes daily ranging from beginner to advanced level.
• Adapt teaching methods that is appropriate to students’ learning abilities and reflected their needs and interests.

• Engage students through humor and activities designed for maximum interaction in large and small groups.
• Create audio-visual aids, board games, flashcards, and all course materials
• Initiate oral communication, grammar, and dedicated reading and writing program.
• Observe and evaluate students' work to determine progress and make suggestions for improvement.
• Instruct students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.

The program teaches students about how to manage the Archival and Records management within a company or institution.
The program leads to diverse career opportunities, including elementary or secondary school teacher, education officer, educational resource designer, substitute teacher, training consultant and administrator, in Canada and abroad.
The program teaches and helps students to understand the human phenomena in societies.
