- Manage Infrastructure Operations
- Provide leadership and direction to the Infrastructure staff. assign responsibilities; delegate to and empowers team members; clarify roles and responsibilities; establish high standards of performance; remove obstacles; allow for and contribute needed resources; coordinate work efforts when necessary; monitor progress of team members and redirect efforts when goals are not being met.

- To plan, manage and direct the activities for Water Assets Management Department covering water network development, strategic planning, drawing office, data collection, asset database, systems enhancements, Budget Control.
- Formulates long and short term plans, polices and procedures for the Department. Develops strategies and plans for capital investments relating to strategic water network development.
- Evaluates and analyze cost of different activities for running projects and develops unity cost of every activity. Updates Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) budget accordingly.
