* Responsible on encoding of data in Daily Sales Invoices and Bookings of Sales Agents and Key Accounts
Agents.
* Responsible on submitting reports such as Sell-In and Sell-Out, Market Hygiene and Dashboard Reports
every weekly cut-off and monthly cut-off.
* Responsible on generating data using the QuickBooks 99 that is needed by the key personnel in the
top-level management.
* Responsible on monitoring of sales of the Sales Agents and Key Accounts Agents.

Experienced:
* Experienced on using QuickBooks 99, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and SysPro systems.
* Experienced on making different reports such as Sell-In and Sell-Out, Dashboard and Market Hygiene
Reports.
* Experienced on generating data using the QuickBooks 99.
* Experienced on encoding of data in Daily Sales Invoices and Bookings.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible on maintaining computers at good condition.
* Take initiative on networking of computers (LAN) and setting up the university enrollment system.
* Caters the need of the students during enrollment at the Office of the Registrar.
* Assist some clerical works at the Office of the Registrar.

Experienced:
* Experienced on computer minor troubleshooting.
* Experienced on networking and installing the Student Records Information Management System.
* Experienced on enrolling students, both undergraduate and graduate students, using the SRMIS.
* Experienced on making Transcript of Records and certifications.
* Experience on developing website using Joomla.
