• Proper interaction with business partner and the central project team for control of individual project as per Codes & Standards to meet Client Satisfaction & to maximize project profitability
• Maintain good relation with customer and to protect FPI interest
• Minimize risks of penalties and direct project team to the proper ways to achieve seamless project process
• Facilitate projects management by supporting the Central Project Engineers until final hand-over and payment of accounts
• Responsible to review & direct Project team for the implementation of the project as per the customer needs and the contractual obligations for effective execution
• Highlight any critical issues and project related matters
• Ensure regular posting of project critiques and case study reports in order to develop a company’s wide projects data base which can be used as a future platform for product and engineering development within the group
• Organize and attend meeting with clients and resolve projects issues on planning schedules, production delays, testing requirements, QC, site services, payments to ensure smooth running of the projects with minimum risks and avoiding penalties
• Present FPI for Kick off meetings, pre-inspection meeting, and related meetings wherever and whenever needed
• Supervise finance and projects interface to have effective transfer of information related to invoice submissions
• Monitor Site Service contractual obligations
• Resolve all clients complaints and record them for future referrals
• Boost relationships with key customers and clients through attendance meetings as required and ensure that that clients’ request / feedback / suggestions are being reliably attended and properly communicated
• Ensure that each Project is financially monitored and controlled and act upon deviations to realize or exceed planned project profitability
• Work with Central projects team to facilitate any projects related issues
• Negotiate and convince on behalf of FPI and central projects recommendations clients to approve variations claims, delays or other projects issues

Plan, manage, monitor, coordinate, control & execute overall functions of the project in order to accomplish company revenue target complying with project requirements.
o Develop master construction schedule of each project, fully quantified and resource loaded using MS project and Primavera P6.
o Develop project wise micro level programme for Technical, Procurement, Production
, Installation and ensure that the programme is in line with the project master schedule


o Manage & finalize master schedule for design department after considering all the ongoing & future projects and issue resource allocation chart showing the status of future resource requirement against current available.
o Develop master schedule for production line as per the project installation requirement and finalize the production plan by considering the optimum production capacity.
o Prepare detailed item wise manpower deployment schedule for the project installation.
o Update master programme on weekly / monthly basis and identify potential schedule
o Overall Site management
