Checking any special instructions or requests, stains, accessories, damages and logging them before proceeding to laundry
Ensuring that all guest items handed over to the laundry are received accordingly and accurately
Reporting of any discrepancies to the supervisors
Attending to guest requests promptly to ensure their comfort during their stay
Ensuring all public areas are clean and amenities replenished and free of health hazards
Answering any questions the guests may have concerning the hotel and our services
Cleaning of guest rooms and replenishing the amenities to ensure comfort of the guest
Adhering to grooming standards and punctuality to work at all times
Ensuring all public areas are free of hazards for the safety of guests and colleagues.
Ensuring proper storage of equipment and chemicals after use
