-Monitoring, controlling and coordinating of all project activities.
-Design engineering activities with codes and standards.
-Prepare project documents and review vendor documents before submission.
-Modifying structure model according to material availed with standard connection using tekla.
-Preparation of final BOM with BOQ.
-Prepare MTO and issue MPR (Material Purchase Requisition).
-Prepare monthly invoices and VO (If any) at end of project.
-Handling man hour
-Coordinate between client and project team for technical queries.
-Fabrication and erection of steel structure handling.
-Material handling.
-Inspection with clients.
-Planning and preparing for completion schedule of project with cost estimation.
-Preparing client bill for every month.
-Verifying contractor bill for every month.
-Prepare daily Progress Report and present to project manager.
