Corporate Maintenance Manager, Alfanar Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Our operations are based in Riyadh in two geographical areas supporting 453 family apartments and villa’s from the lower level to about 78 VIP Accommodations in varicose compounds rented by the company. Also responsible for the general Maintenance for the 3 owners of the company. Then another 327 bachelor dwelling are supported that range from labor up to Management Level.
The services to housing include all PM on AC and General maintenance such as Plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC and refurbishment off accommodation to bring it to the company Standard.
Total Project budget that has been Executed is 1.6 Million SAR for Upgrading VIP accommodation and some family and bachelor apartments
Industrial side or Offices I am supporting 43990 SQM of office space including VIP offices and conference centers as well as varicose sales offices within Riyadh.
Equipment would range from BMS Systems and HVAC Package units all the way down to simple plumbing and electrical support.
Also included in the Scope is all Projects requested by the facilities department such as Office renovations and construction off facilities such as training centers
Total project Budget this year to date was 270 000 SAR
My Normal Operating Budget for CR/PM is 3.6 million for manpower and 4.2 mil SAR for Materials for offices and Accommodation excluding Projects.

Execution off the Projects due to High Social Demand

Worleyparsons was reconstructing the Iraqi Oil fields infrastructure in Iraq with a project budget for the Northern fields in Kirkuk of $600 000 000, central $80 000 000 and the southern Oil fields a approximate $300 000 000.
My key area of responsibility was the Operation and maintenance of the RIO North Base camp for the Parsons E&C(PIJV) team on the RIO project for the USACE ( United States Army Core of Engineers)
My primary function was life support, ie plan, construct, maintain the infrastructure needed to live and work such as office, accommodation, electricity, water, sewage, operational services ( maintenance, cleaning, support of logistics and engineering services) and Food services under severely adverse conditions.
I worked in both Kirkuk and Basra during this project and supported up to 300+ people in Kirkuk and 160+ in Basra
