The services to housing include all PM on AC and General maintenance such as Plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC and refurbishment off accommodation to bring it to the company Standard.
Total Project budget that has been Executed is 1.6 Million SAR for Upgrading VIP accommodation and some family and bachelor apartments

Industrial side or Offices I am supporting 43990 SQM of office space including VIP offices and conference centers as well as varicose sales offices within Riyadh.
Equipment would range from BMS Systems and HVAC Package units all the way down to simple plumbing and electrical support.
Also included in the Scope is all Projects requested by the facilities department such as Office renovations and construction off facilities such as training centers
Total project Budget this year to date was 270 000 SAR
My Normal Operating Budget for CR/PM is 3.6 million for manpower and 4.2 mil SAR for Materials for offices and Accommodation excluding Projects.
