Assigned as Site Safety officer for Aggreko's perennial Temperature Control Cooling project during commissioning, operations and decommissioning.
• Plan, coordinate and execute A Service/Maintenance schedules.
• Ensure service tracking sheet is updated and current.
• Create service jobs in ERP and close jobs as per procedure.
• File documents in equipment files.
• Plan, implement and monitor B Servicing Schedule.
• Maintain service breakdown log.
• Log customer complaints. Ensure daily reports are accurate and submitted to management.
• Maintain customer site records. Weekly or monthly feedback calls to customer and record.
• Related documents handover to hire desk for filing in operations file.
• Maintain asset movements update the log and send daily report to management.
• Plan, coordinate and execute Operations Tools Calibration and Lifting Equipment Testing.
• Maintain Calibration & lifting registers ensuring all certification is available and current.
• Maintain all Engineering Documentation. Maintain site logs for long term power and HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with clients and arrange any special site access passes and / or onsite training. Working closely with the Area Operations Manager. Answer client calls out of hours as and when required.
Assigned to do multiple tasks and administrative duties considered related and or essential for effective operations of the depot and maintain the timely servicing of Aggreko equipment and assets.
Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of all canopy and containerized generators (from 30kVA-1500kVA) in the depot and in the field. Has working knowledge on engines like Cummins, Iveco, Perkins, Scania, Volvo and Komatsu.
