• Quality checked and trouble shooting of coffee machine.
• Conducting demo about the servicing techniques of Automatic and Semi Automatic machine brand.
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and brewing equipment like Chemex, V60, Aeropress etc.
• Sells coffees, coffee grinder and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans, coffee preparation and how they operates.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct a preventive maintenance and calibration services and make sure that is on standard guidelines.
• Trained barista on how properly operate the machines and make sure guide them handling simple troubleshooting and breakdowns.
• Maintain a professional courteous manner with all clients and ensure monthly productivity target is achieved.
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beans and brewing equipment like Chemex, V60, Aero Press, Siphon, etc.
• Knowledge on how coffee was roasted and familiarizing with their different tasting notes.
•Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers selling coffee, coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories and supplies.
•Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations.
• Preparing hot and cold beverages and also milkshakes.
• Forecasting, receiving and ordering stocks
• Preparing Weekly Schedule for the staff
•Preventive Maintenance for coffee machine
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Blended Coffees, Mocktails and Teas.
• Set up or restock products displays.
•Forecasting, receiving and ordering of our stocks.
• Making a Weekly Schedule for the bar staff
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee like cappuccino, latté, Americano, blended coffees, or teas.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Forecasting, ordering and receiving stocks.
• Set up or restock product displays.
• Proper maintenance of coffee machine.
• Sells and promotes coffee beans and share knowledge to the customers on how coffee was roasted and tasting profiles.
