• Greet and seat guest.
• Acquire in depth knowledge and familiarization of food and beverage menu.
• Take orders and upsell, repeat back to the guest. Place order and serve.
• Ensure food quality and consistency is deliver at all times as per company standard.
• Understand and anticipate guest needs.
• Practice good customer relations and ensures all the guest receives good quality service in a professional way to achieve highest standard to exceed the guest expectations
• Follow sequence of service as per company service standards.
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service(mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
• Responsible for maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
• Practice teamplayer.
• Ensures minimum wastage and breakage.
• Train in different station specially in cashier position
• Provide Customer service, assist in the kitchen processes, and generally ensures customers have enjoyable dining experience
• Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customer
• Serve as waiter, taking orders, serving foods, cross selling and often handling payments.
• To attend and respond to the customer’s needs promptly and professionally
• To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning furniture and appliances, laying of tables and up keeping of rest rooms etc.
• Provide assistance to banquet managers in the serving of guests during baquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
• Set up banquet room as requested by the supervisor to include glassware, service ware, linen
• Attend roll call meetings before events kick off in order to learn function particulars, including hotel and guest expectation
• Greet and welcome guest and respond to their requests in a courteous and friendly manners
• Serve the beverage and food in the appropriate order and in tune with the expectation of the supervisor so as to ensure consistency through-out the banquet
• Quickly remove dishes as guests finish each meal at the end of each meal or function
• Abide by all corporate act, laws and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
• Follow attendance rules and always go to work on a regular basis
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned.
